A beach terrace in Malibu


















We love the beach terrace of Friends actor Courteney Cox. The custom-made wooden banquett with lounge seats and a lava-rock fire pit is bordered by glass balustrades and overlooking the Pacific.

Her Malibu retreat was designed by architect Michael Kovac and published in the June edition of the US Elle decor.

Work in progress: THE WINE LOVERS GARDEN

This week I have received the first construction site pictures from a modern mediterranean garden I have designed a year ago. The garden is located at the ‘Deutsche Weinstraße’, one of the oldest of Germany’s tourist wine routes.
The area around the Wine Route is the warmest region in Germany, allowing the cultivation of crops such as figs, lemons, and kiwifruit not seen elsewhere in Germany. The German Wine Route is also famous for its almond blossoms, painting the whole region in pink and white colours around the beginning of March.
